Here is the menu for the past season

At this moment the new menu has not been published yet. We’re expecting it to be ready in autumn.

STARTERS:

  • LAPLAND TREATS – Reindeer carpaccio, marinated mushrooms, Bothnian whitefish, fennel, cloudberry jam, spruce shoot cheddar, red onion jam, and house crisp bread (L/G)

  • JERUSALEM ARTICHOKE SOUP - Jerusalem artichokes, apples, and nuts (L, G)

  • CHARRED WHITEFISH - Charred Bothnian whitefish, pickled fennel, and buttermilk sauce (L, G)

MAINS:

  • SAUTÉED REINDEER - Sautéed reindeer, mashed potatoes, lingonberry, and pickles (L, G)

  • REINDEER SERVED TWO WAYS - Local reindeer, celery purée and dark game sauce (L, G)

  • FRIED ARCTIC CHAR – Arctic char sauteed in brown butter, parsnip and brown sauce (L, G)

  • BEETROOT RISOTTO - Beetroot risotto, pine nuts, and kale (L, G, vegan version available)

 

MAINS for CHILDREN:

  • Sausages with French fries (L, G)

  • Sautéed reindeer & potato purée (L,G)

  • Chicken nuggets & French fries (L)

 

DESSERTS:

  • CRÉME BRÛLÉE (L, G)

  • CHOCOLATE FONDANT - Chocolate fondant, vanilla ice cream, and bilberries (L, G)
