Operations Manager

Location: Levi, Lapland

Contract period: 15.09.2026 - 15.04.2027

Working mode: Full-time, on-site office and field operations

Contract type: Fixed-term, with a strong possibility of permanent continuation based on performance and organizational needs

This is a senior management position responsible for the operational and strategic delivery of travel services and activities in Levi. Reporting directly to the Company Owner, the Operations Manager integrates human resources, fleet logistics, safety protocols and daily service delivery to ensure strong seasonal performance.

Main responsibilities

Lead the seasonal operational strategy and ensure service delivery meets company objectives and quality standards.

Manage the Operations Scheduler and field team, including guides and drivers.

Oversee vehicle fleets, staff housing, equipment, transfers and daily operational logistics.

Lead safety and risk management, ensuring activities follow Finnish legislation and internal company protocols.

Act as the main operational link between the Company Owner, Sales, Front Desk and field teams.

Respond to logistical disruptions, weather challenges, operational changes and high-intensity seasonal peaks.
