All positions are based in Levi, Finnish Lapland. Some roles include field work, evening programs, driving duties or operational responsibility depending on the position.

Guaranteed own-room accommodation in Levi

Accommodation is one of the biggest challenges for seasonal workers in Levi. For our team members, we can provide a private room in the Levi area. 

Accommodation is not free, but it is offered at a competitive rent under a separate fixed calendar-month lease agreement.

Comprehensive insurance coverage

STG provides mandatory accident insurance during work, additional free-time accident insurance and additional health insurance.

 

Specific insurance conditions are confirmed during contract signing.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for people who are:

  • experienced in tourism, hospitality, guiding, logistics, sales or operations;

  • reliable, punctual and self-disciplined;

  • calm and professional under pressure;

  • comfortable working in winter conditions;

  • fluent in professional English;

  • service-minded and guest-focused;

  • ready to work as part of an international team;

  • interested in creating high-quality Arctic experiences.

 

Additional languages such as Finnish, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Ukrainian or Russian are considered an advantage depending on the role.

For field-based and driving roles, a valid Category B driving license and winter driving experience are important.
