THE EXPERIENCE
There are no passengers and no shared snowmobiles. Every participant controls their own machine throughout the route as the terrain changes from forest trails to open fell and steeper ascents and descents.

Snowmobile ascent to the summit of Levi fell
The safari house is in a private forest clearing just minutes from Levi. What begins as a quiet, familiar departure point becomes something else entirely once the route climbs. The trail runs on public marked snowmobile trails and sections of privately owned land before the terrain starts to rise in earnest, passing through the Kätkätunturi and Pyhätunturi mountain areas toward the summit of Levi fell.
This safari operates with single drivers only. The summit ascent and descent demand full attention and full control - no passengers, no shared machines. Every rider is alone with the machine and the fell. On the way up, the forest gives way to open fell. On the descent, the fell drops steeply back into the trees below. It is technically the most demanding route we offer, and the most rewarding for the right rider.
At the summit, on a clear day, the view extends all the way to the Swedish border. The scale of Lapland from that height is not something you can replicate anywhere else on the ground. A midway stop at a private kota or wilderness café - grilled sausage or a snack, hot drink - breaks the climb before the final push.
Available from January onwards, subject to snow and fell conditions. The guide confirms suitability on the day. Summit riding is not guaranteed and may be replaced with the extended fell route if conditions do not allow the final ascent.
